本研究では、特に第2の自殺のピーク期を大学生活の中で迎えることに着目し、大学生活におけるメンタルヘルス支援、環境づくりを喫緊の課題として捉え、実態調査ならびに支援体制の構築を目指す。本研究は3つの研究【A】【B】【C】から構成されている。それぞれの研究について、初年度の実績の概要を述べる。【A】SOGI非典型者の第2の自殺のピーク期の防御要因を明らかにするための基礎研究：今年度は、SOGI非典型な学生の大学生活に関するレビューを行った。また、大学卒業後の当事者の方へのヒアリングを行い、大学生活で困難に感じていたことについて話を伺う機会をもった。SOGI非典型の学生は、複数の問題を連鎖的に抱え込みながら、大学生活を送っていることが先行研究から明らかとなった。一方、防御要因として他者との親密な関係が考えられる。インタビュー研究を予定しており、現在調査協力者のリクルートを行っている。【B】大学教職員、SOGI典型な学生を対象とした、支持的、受容的な大学環境づくりのための基礎研究：研究【A】がある程度進んだうえで質問紙調査を実施する。先行研究をレビューし、質問紙調査の方法を精査した。郵送調査とweb調査のメリット、デメリットを検討した。【C】性の多様性の理解と対話的関係の形成を目指したゲーミング教材の開発・実践：今年度は、ゲーミング教材として「心かるた」「アンゲーム」について検討、学生同士で実施させた。いずれも参加者同士の対話を重視した教材であり、本研究における汎用性が高いと考えられた。また、ゲームを教育に活用する際の質と倫理的な問題に関しても検討を行った。特に、ゲームと現実を引き離すことが重要であり、ゲームによって逆にネガティヴな見方や偏見を強化する可能性については今後慎重に吟味する必要がある。
