项目摘要

本研究では、平安中期の儒者、慶滋保胤の作成した追善願文に焦点を当て、浄土信仰形成期の仏教界の趨勢や貴族社会における浄土思想の受容の在り方を明らかにする。同時に、願文には故人の身分に応じた型があることを見出し、その中で作者の独自性がいかに反映されるのかという点を読み解くものである。本年度は、7月に、1「慶滋保胤「為大納言藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」における『往生要集』の思想」という題で学内研究会にて発表を行った。また9月に、2「慶滋保胤「為大納言藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」の位置付け―人道と天道の否定に見る『往生要集』の思想―」という題で学会発表を行った。これらは、2023年4月に、3「「慶滋保胤「為大納言藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」考―『往生要集』の受容―」という論文として刊行される予定である。これらは、保胤の「為藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」に、保胤と親交の深い天台僧源信の著述『往生要集』が受容されていることを論じたものである。12月には、4「慶滋保胤「為大納言藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」考―型の継承と対句表現の独自性について―」という論文を学内誌に公表した。これは、「為藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」が、先行願文の型を継承していることを明らかにしたものである。2月には、5「「高唐賦」と仏教思想 ―空海・道真の願文を中心に―」という題で学内研究会にて発表を行った。これは、3「「慶滋保胤「為大納言藤原卿息女女御四十九日願文」考」の補足的な論である。以上は、「貴族社会における浄土思想の受容の在り方を明らかにする」、「願文にはその場に応じた型があることを見出し、その中で作者の独自性がいかに反映されるのかという点を読み解く」に即した成果である。ただし、保胤の作成したもう1首の願文、「為二品長公主四十九日願文」の型を検討できなかった。これは次年度の課題としたい。
