Experimental and model-based characterization of the strength, deformation and failure behavior of new TRIP steel variants and TRIP-Matrix-Composites (B02)

TP B2研究了铸造合金以及粉末冶金工艺的钢和复合材料的强度、变形和失效行为。目的是了解钢、复合材料和梯度材料在单轴和多轴应力下的初始组织、力学性能和变形引起的组织变化之间的关系，以及材料行为的模拟。这将通过对相关加工硬化机制的定量描述来实现。利用原位X射线衍射仪对变形机制进行了鉴定和量化。

TP B2 investigates the strength, deformation and failure behavior of the cast alloys as well as the steels and composites of the powder metallurgical processing route. Purpose is the comprehension of the correlations between initial microstructure, mechanical properties and deformation induced microstructure changes in the steel, the composites and the gradient materials under uni- and multiaxial stresses as well as the modeling of the material behavior. This will be done via quantitative description of the relevant work hardening mechanisms. The deformation mechanisms will be identified and quantified by using the in situ X-ray diffraction technique.
