Studies on the most suitable environment of a high proficient forestry machine workers

这份报告的目的是让一台高技能的林业机械的可操作性与一个操作员的工作量之间的关系变得清晰。考察了在高技能林业机械作业中操作员的合理工作环境，并计划操作员的工作量减少。本报告研究了以下问题。(1)高技能林业机械作业绩效；(2)高技能林业机械作业绩效及作业特点调查；(3)各作业系统工作量调查；(4)林业职工工作时间分配与安排规划；(5)高效林业机械作业能力展示及最适作业环境调查分析。我们考虑了与工作环境和工作负荷的关系。去年调查了视觉信息和工作量。对操作工最适宜的工作环境进行了调查研究，认为达到了目的。针对本研究的特点，对一台高效林业机械的工作特性进行了停滞负荷评价，考察了作业比两侧的工作负荷。针对某一作业特点需要进行作业制度建设，通过对作业人员进行工作量评估，实现能力的展示。亚瑟考虑了一项建议，即建立一个操作员在最适合的工作环境下工作的工作制度。

The purpuse of this report to make operability of a high proficient forestry machines and relation with a work loads of an operators clearly. It examined reasonable work environment of operators in high proficient forestry machine work and was going to plan work loads reduction of an operator. This report studies the following problems. (1) Performance with a high proficient forestry machines (2) Work performance and work characteristic investigation with the high proficient forestry machine (3) Work loads investigation for each work systems (4) Planning of work time distribution and arrangement of a forest workers (5) Workability display in a high efficiency forestry machine and investigation analysis of most suitable work environment.The results are as follows : It pointed out problems of work burden caused from forest work in 1998. We considered relation with work environment and work load. The last year examined sight information and workoads. It enforces an investigation study about the most suitable work environment of an operator and thinks that it achieved. It was for the characteristic of this study to have arrested work load evaluation caused a work characteristic of a high efficiency forestry machine from examination and work than both sides' side of body burden load. As for the necessity of work systems construction that it took in a work characteristic, display of ability is achieved by taking in workload evaluation of operators. The Arthur considered a proposal toward establishment of the work system that it took in the most suitable work environment a work loads of an operators.
