项目摘要

本研究課題は、三者以上から構成されるチームにおいて、リーダーシップとフォロワーシップが創発する動的過程を追究し、より良いチームワークの実現のための知見を導出することを目的としている。初年度である今年度は、まず分析に用いるデータの選定をおこなった。我々は、複数の事業アイディア創出ワークショップのチームワークを捉えたデータ（複数チームのアイディア創出ディスカッションの会話ログ）や、チーム内の関係性をとらえたデータ（各チームメンバーに、他メンバーとの関係などを尋ねたアンケート調査の結果）を保有している。また、創出されたアイディアには、専門家による評価値も付けられている。これらのうち、録音の質、プログラムの日数、メンバーの多様性、メンバー数の均一性など、さまざまな条件を考慮した上で、今年度は１つのプログラムに分析対象を絞った。このプログラムでは、5人編成４チームが３日間にわたるディスカッションをし、最終評価の良いチームと悪いチームがそれぞれ２チームずつであった。このデータに対し、まず、意図を捉えるタグや、議論のフェーズを捉えるタグなどを、各発話に付した。その上で、詳細なチーム間比較をおこなった。その結果、2日目までにメンバーの役割が創発し定着していたチームのパフォーマンスが良かったことや、強いリーダー・フォロワー関係が創発しても、それが排他的で他メンバーに認められない場合にはパフォーマンスに寄与しないことなどが明らかとなった。また、比較対象として今後どのプログラムのデータを新たに分析すべきかについても特定した。さらに、今後の分析において、タグ間の関係性を動的ネットワークとして表現する手法を考案し、その可能性・可視化の方法などについて模索した。
