项目摘要

本研究は、大学の女性教育の増加につながる意識改革を目的とする。具体的には、大学構成員のジェンダー意識を調査し、その変革をもたらすためのワークショップを行い、その後の経過を検討することにより、より効果的な改革につないでいく。第一段階で、「ジェンダー意識」と組織としての「ジェンダー文化」を、質問紙調査により定量的分析を行う。第二段階で、第一段階の踏まえ、ジェンダー平等観を見直すワークショップを行い、意識の変化をもたらすワークショップの効果の分析を実施する。さらに、ワークショップの半年後に、第一段階と同様の調査を行い、時間経過に伴う意識変化も明らかにする。２０２２年度は、第一段階として、大学構成員の「ジェンダー意識」や大学全体の「ジェンダー文化」を把握するための質問紙調査の様式を作成することができ、それを小規模な予備調査が実施できたが、小規模な予備調査しかなかったので、参考にはなるが、さらなる予備審査が必要である。本研究をこれ以上進めるためには大学内の研究倫理審査が不可欠だが、大学の組織改編にともなって、倫理審査の制度と組織を新たにつくる必要があって、それがまだ完成していない。倫理審査の実施が現在できていないことが理由で研究の進行に遅れが出ている。制度構築ができ次第、倫理審査を直ちに受けるようしており、倫理審査が終わった後、アンケートが速やかに実施できるようにして、できるだけ早く後れを取り戻すように努力する。
