项目摘要

看護師と薬剤師の協働による在宅の服薬治療中の患者の褥瘡予防の取り組みとして、次の3つの取り組みの企画の検討をした。A. 化学療法中の患者の褥瘡の特徴を明らかにするB. 看護師と薬剤師の専門性と役割を明らかにする　　C. 看護師と薬剤師の協働による在宅の化学療法中の患者の褥瘡予防啓発のツールの開発Aに関して、7人の経験豊富な皮膚排泄ケア認定看護師看護師からなるエキスパートパネルを実施した。化学療法中の外来患者が褥瘡になることはまれであること。褥瘡を保有している化学療法中の入院患者では、終末期の場合が多いこと。化学療法が多様でレジメンなど治療計画はとても複雑で個別に異なる。カルテから読み取るのは容易ではない、などの、調査対象者が得られそうになく、調査自体も困難であることの指摘がなされた。Bに関しても、エキスパートパネルで、在宅ケアにおける協働の方が外来での指導における協働よりも頻度が多ので、当初の外来での褥瘡予防ケアの研究では対象が得られないなどの意見が出された。それに対して、看護研究者と研究分担者で検討し、事例検討会の企画を検討した。Ｃに関して、褥瘡や在宅ケア等の学会での褥瘡予防のための教材や研修などの啓発活動について調査した。既存の啓発活動にはない啓発ツールについての検討や作成意義等について、看護研究者と研究分担者で教材開発について検討した。加えて、研修会などの方法として、HPの作成や教材の配信方法などについても情報収集しつつ検討を重ねた。
