本研究の最終目的は，若い世代の男女が，自らの将来の健康に関心を持ち，適切な情報や知識を得るためにヘルスリテラシーを向上させる事である．本研究では，発達段階に合わせて使用できる，ライフスキルを用いた自記式PCCワークシート作成とPCCに関する教育講座の実施と評価を行うことである．今年度は、PCCワークシートの作成、教育教材の準備等を行った。ライフスキル教育を基盤としたPCCワークシートの作成では、ＰＣＣ領域と最終ＧＯＡＬの設定　現段階ではライフスキル研究会で作成済みである。今年度は教材化に至るための発達段階別の目標設定を完成させた。これらをドリルにしていくための話しあいを持ち、担当者を決定して現在は作成中である。プレコンセプションケアを学ぶ教育講座の実施と評価一講座，30分のオンデマンド講座で①基礎知識②現在課題となっている事③４つのレベルで伝える事で構成するために、現在講師依頼などを行っている。今年度は、関係論文の精読などを行う事が中心となった。
