在宅看取りの支援体制の充実には、ケアマネジャーの在宅看取り支援におけるケアマネジメントのスキルアップが不可欠であり、基礎資格や経験に依らず、すべてのケアマネジャーが在宅看取りのケアマネジメントが実践できるよう標準化を図ることが求められる。本研究は、在宅看取りの実現に向けたケアマネジメントの質向上のために在宅看取りにおけるケアマネジャーの自己評価尺度とスキルアップの支援ツールを開発することを目的としている。2022年度は、在宅看取り支援におけるケアマネジャーの自己評価尺度の質問項目の検討を行った。計画では、自身の先行研究の結果から得られたケアマネジャーの専門職として実践の基盤となる要素を中心として検討することを予定していた。しかし質問紙の精度を高めるために、国内外の先行研究レビューを実施し、関連する文献検討およびデータの整理を行った。その後、研究者間で質問項目の作成へむけて検討した。質問項目としては、「本人・家族が後悔を残さないよう最期まで寄り添い続ける」「自身の死生観をもってかかわる」など約50項目を設定し、実施頻度と難易度を4件法で調査することで検討している。また、ケアマネジャーに対して郵送法にて、無作為抽出による質問紙調査を実施するための発送準備として、厚生労働省の「介護サービス情報・公表システム」に登録されている全国の居宅介護支援事業所のリストアップ作業を行っている。次年度の調査対象としては1200ヵ所を予定しているが、完了していないためさらに作業を進める予定である。
