近年、コロナ禍での制約に阻まれ、従来のアウトリーチが機能しづらく、特定妊婦や要支援家庭等の虐待ハイリスクケースへの新たな支援技法の創出が求められている。そこで、本研究では、特定妊婦・要支援家庭へのアウトリーチ型支援におけるICTツールの活用とその効果を検証する。加えて、日本での子ども虐待予防・介入のアウトリーチにおけるICTツールの活用に関する実態を把握し、活用の促進要因と阻害要因を解明する。今年度は、研究全体の第1段階として取り組んだ。まず、所属大学の研究倫理審査の承認を得た。国内外の学会にオンラインで参加して最新の知見を収集するとともに、文献検討により国内外の研究や活動・実践報告を収集した。そして、子ども虐待の予防・介入におけるICTツールの活用に取り組む先駆的事例を精選した。
