项目摘要

2022年度は下記の方法により対話の原則と技法の明確化に取り組んだ。また、効果的な対話のエビデンス収集のための学生対象の調査を計画し、2023年度実施予定である。①研究会議：研究組織を拡充し、背景等が異なる５つの看護系大学から地域看護学教員が参加する研究組織を構築した。また教育心理学の専門家の参画も得た。月１回研究会議を開催し、メタ認知の概念の共通理解を図りながら、研究メンバーの教授活動と関連付け、対話の原則と技法について議論した。教育学分野におけるメタ認知の研究動向と最新の知見、看護学教育において早くから導入された批判的思考の教育とメタ認知概念との関連を明確化し、研究者らがこれまでに確立した状況設定と事例を用いた公衆衛生看護学教育における教員の関わりについて、理論的根拠が明確化された。特に学生が主体的に思考を深めるための「問い」が鍵であることを明らかにした。②ワークショップ：日本地域看護学会第25回学術集会WS（2022.8.27　参加者２７人）、オンラインWS（2022.9.6　参加者１５人）。「公衆衛生看護の思考を深める対話法演習で学生の発言にどのようにフィードバックするか」を開催し、研究メンバー外の参加も得て議論した。③文献レビュー：メタ認知概念の看護学教育への導入状況を明らかにするスコーピングレビューを計画した。対象文献を検索し、文献レビューに着手した。④学生対象調査計画、研究倫理審査承認済み。（2023年8月から2024年3月調査実施予定）目的：実習において、公衆衛生看護の思考が深まる経験の内容を、学生の語りから明らかにし、学生の思考の深まりに、学生のメタ認知と教員等の指導などの外部環境がどのようにかかわっているのかを検討する。これにより、公衆衛生看護の思考を深める対話法検討の資料を得る。
