项目摘要

最終年度である平成27年度は、継続的に活動に取り組む上での経済的、経営的条件の把握の検討を主に実施した。農村女性起業のリーダーや実践者にヒアリング調査を実施し、データ収集および分析を行った。第一に、継続的な経営を実施するうえでの原料調達に関する問題について検討した。農村女性起業をはじめとして、（農業の）6次産業化の場合、農産加工に取り組む事例が多く、そこでは、地産地消を意識した取り組みが行われている。しかし、地域農業の衰退や起業活動の規模の拡大などによって原料調達に困難が生じるようになっている事例が少なくない。すなわち、安定的な加工生産にとっては、安定的な調達が不可欠である。そこで、どのように安定的な調達を行っていくのかについて、地域内の食品流通関係産業との連携状況等から明らかにした。第二に、継続的な経営を実施するうえでの商品開発の重要性に関して検討した。既存商品の売り上げが減少していることから、差別化戦略としての商品開発とそれに伴うPR活動が重要であること、商品開発を行う際の人材育成の強化と外部との連携が不可欠になっていることなどを明らかにした。この点は、いわゆる6次産業化の取り組みに関して言及できる点でもある。農村における食に関する起業は多様化し、多角化しており、事業開始当初に見られるような取り組みの経緯や内容の特徴といった内容から、成長期・成熟期の実態に応じる形で理論的にも研究の射程を拡張・深化させる必要がある。
