英文摘要
ConsoneAI is biotech business focused on reducing the need for animal testing and developing safer drugs quicker and more effectively by creating an Insilco software to predict toxicological values for new chemicals being considered for human therapeutic effect, ie new Drugs. Our Platform is called DioScor and will predict toxicology value and physiological affects which are essential in the evaluation of new drugs by looking at the poisoning (Toxic) effect of the chemical structure. Currently a large number of animals are tested to ensure these toxic effects are not dangerous to human health before the first clinical trials in human studies take place. The DioScor prediction will aim to reduce the number of animal testing experiments by allowing the user to see the predicted toxicological effects of a drug across a range of animal species through to human allowing the pharmaceutical company's drug development and clinical development to select the most effective animal study and drug molecules. The drug development process can be a difficult and long process with approximately 92% of all new drugs failing to make it to market. This has a huge financial cost and has a considerable impact on the volume and numbers of animal testing. The drug development process must use the animal testing to provide safety data before new molecules are used for human trial. DioScor will look at the toxicological impact at each stage of the development process and evaluate the effect on the animal species and how it will translate between animal species. The translation of tox data between animals equates to approx. 46% of drugs will fail. DioScor prediction will reduce the number of these animal testing studies to focus pharmaceutical resources to those molecules which show the best translational data between species. Our business goal is work with the pharmaceutical industry and regulators to provide safe evidence to develop animal and clinical trials and ultimately create drugs to market more effectively.
