The project will define a new innovative business model for micro/SME food producers to collaborate and utilise a "shared resource" model. This will drive down costs for small businesses and provide access to automation and other high end equipment that, by themselves, would be out of reach.The projects seeks to assess to what extent this business model will assist with each contributing businesses journey towards net zero.
