Determine if local injection of botulinum toxin can safely attenuate the excessive palmar sweating characterizing essential hyperhidrosis.We have had two participants and only one remained with the study. There was a reduction in the palm area on one hand then the other. We will not know if it was the toxin until the end of the study. We will continue to recruit participants from our dermatology clinic.
