英文摘要
The project will develop techniques and methodologies to enhance data generated from biological systems and directly correlate the effects of exogenous and endogenous chemical species on such systems. The project will utilise optical, electron, molecular microscopy and mass spectrometry imaging. The goal of such a multi-modal approach is to maximize information on the effect of chemical intervention on the biological system. One of the noveler modalities that will be explored will be light sheet microscopy for imaging organoids, allowing the assessment of morphological changes in real time.
