To characterise the metabolic response of HGSC to ADI PEG20 (with or without combination treatment) using metabolomics and imaging techniques in in vitro and in vivo studies. 2.To study metabolic response to ADI PEG20 (with or without combination treatment) in clinically relevant genetic backgrounds of HGSC.3. To develop and optimise methodology and pipelines of analysis for metabolic imaging of in vivo tissues.
