Recently, the first example of a codimension-three sub-Riemannian structure on an exotic seven-dimensional sphere was discovered. This project aims to establish that such structures exist on all exotic seven-dimensional spheres, as well as on all members of a vast family of highly connected seven-dimensional manifolds. Moreover, we aim to show that each of these manifolds admits infinitely many inequivalent codimension-three sub-Riemannian structures
