AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING (ABPM) IN CHILDREN WITH RENAL TRANSPLANT

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. Investigators will measure ambulatory blood pressure in pediatric subjects who have undergone renal transplantation to determine if blood pressure levels are normal and if the normal nocturnal decline in BP is preserved. Futher they plan to correlate diurnal BP patterns to timing of antihypertensive medications and clinic BP reading with ABPM.
