This is a study of genetic polymorphisms of IL-10 in women delivering extremely premature infants and the effect of the presence or absence of milk IL-10 on the development of inflammatory disorders in the extremely premature infant (NEC, BPD, sepsis) and their mothers (collagen vascular disorders, chorioamnionitis, mastitis).
