This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The major objectives of this study are: 1) to establish a registry of LGL leukemia patients in order to determine the natural history of this disorder and correlate clinical outcomes with laboratory parameters; 2) determine if clonal progression or spontaneous remission occurs in LGL leukemia; and 3) to establish a bank of blood and tissue samples collected from LGL leukemia patients and control subjects.
