This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The umbilical cords collected for this study will also be used to supply endothelial cells for projects 11824, 05010, 11000, 12061, 11671, and 11047, which are already supported by the GCRC. We are now collecting umbilical cords from Cedars-Sinai as well as Harbor-UCLA.
