项目摘要

The Administrative Core will coordinate the overall interactions among the two projects and scientific core facility of the proposal. The Core Principal Investigator, Dr. Chris Larsen, will provide oversight and leadership to the program project, administer the projects and scientific core, and promote collaboration within the group and across the Steering Committee through the following specific aims: 1) To provide the general administrative infrastructure in budgeting, purchasing, administration and fiscal reporting necessary to run a complex program project grant; 2) To provide specialized expertise in animal use regulatory issues and scientific reporting, to allow the project investigators to pursue their programs within the scope of current regulations and technology; 3) To promote collaboration within the program project through the coordination of meetings to present ongoing research and maintenance of cloud-based data sharing infrastructure; 4) To coordinate participation in Steering Committee meetings, other NHPCSG activities, and presentation of project data at national conferences; and 5) To provide statistical support for the analysis of data generated by the projects.
