英文摘要
During the last year our research core has worked with seven NIH research units to generate novel embryonic stem cell lines and new mouse models. This research included establishment of models to study signal pathway interactions in the immune system, T cell development, hematopoiesis, stem cell biology, epigenetic inheritance in the early embryo, mechanisms regulating genomic stability, RNA metabolism, and gene regulation and enhancer function. We also performed specialized surgeries including thymus implants to support research on immune function. Finally we established mouse models to evaluate the effects of anti-cancer chemotherapies given to prepubescent mice on their long term fertility.
