Application of Statistical Methods in Epidemiology Studies

We are in close collaboration with Dr. Kelly Ferguson to identify statistical methods that are most suitable for the analysis of chemical mixture effects on various health outcomes. We collaborated on projects to propose quantile-based G-computation to address the effects of chemical mixtures. We are working on methods to classify subjects based on trajectories of chemical mixture. A manuscript is currently under development. We also collaborated on projects from Kelly Ferguson's lab to make sure appropriate statistical methods are used.
