Over the last decade the number of Australians engaging in paid or unpaid cultural activity increased by over 50 per cent. This project will address this major change in cultural production and consumption through a Greater Western Sydney case-study, thus developing an innovative cultural policy tailored to Australia's dynamic new cultural economy.
