Through a genrious contribution to research from NSERC, NAIT has secured a Production Server through NSERC's Applied Research Tools and Instrument Grants program. This Production Server will significantly enhance applied research collaborations between local companies and the faculty and students of NAIT's Digital Media and Information Technology (DMIT) program. First, the addition of this equipment is being used to improve the speed and efficiency of NAIT's current system thereby enabling NAIT to better meet the needs and demands of their industry partners. Second, the equipment will allow NAIT to work with a greater number of local companies for longer periods of time. Finally, the equipment will enable NAIT to better engage local companies in testing, experimentation, and user-training activities thereby helping to alleviate the
