项目摘要
The proposed project will evaluate a series of Ni based catalysts promoted by secondary elements for dry reforming of methane. A series of low cost, Ni based catalysts will be synthesized and promoted with secondary elements to enhance their stabilities against coking during dry reforming of methane. This series of catalysts will be evaluated for their catalytic rates and selectivities and their long term activity performances will be compared against the standard reforming catalysts. Spent catalysts from the reactivity evaluation will be fully characterized to determine the cause of deactivation.
