Techniques of electrical noise analysis will be developed and applied to semiconductor photovoltaic cells and modules, on concentrator modules, and on supporting technologies, toward establishing wider capability for characterization and diagnosis of operational performance and long-term degradation phenomena, necessary to support credible 20-year commercial warrantees required in the solar energy industry.
