英文摘要
Super-resolution (SR) imaging is revolutionizing light microscopy, providing access to the microscopic world at an unprecedented spatial scale. Current limits are ~10 nm in the sample plane with a section depth of ~50 nm. We have built a working SR microscope and would now like to upgrade the instrument to provide full three-dimensional image reconstructions.
