英文摘要
Our industry partner, Kuntz Electroplating Incorporated (KEI), is North America's largest polishing and plating company focused on developing coatings for manufacturers in the automotive, motorcycle and appliance industries. Due to tremendous market and consumer demand, KEI is currently seeking an electrodeposition process for creating a metal-based corrosion-resistant finish having a je black colour. The difficulty in achieving an electrodeposited black finish is two folds: (1) the most commonly used baths for creating black coatings are based on hexavalent chrome, which are undesirable due to their toxicity and the threats they pose
