Building on previous theoretical and modeling results from the industrial partner, Dr. Elias' group will engineermethods to fabricate flexible thermal sensors using the techniques and tools available primarily in theUniversity of Alberta Nanofab. Characterization will be performed at each step of the fabrication process toensure that the final devices meet the required parameters. This work will expand the product portfolio of thecompany.
