主席的目标是产生组学并利用系统生物学来阐明生物碱的生物合成，以便在微藻中重现生物碱途径，以提高其药用生物碱的生产。利用组学方法，生成Amaryllidaceae植物的转录组和代谢组，并用于鉴定参与AA *生物合成途径的候选基因编码酶。接下来，候选基因将在体外和体内进行功能表征*，并插入微代数，用于重建Amaryllidaceae生物碱途径。获得的知识将为在微藻中生产有价值的生物碱提供遗传工具，或为更好地生产这些有价值的生物碱的植物品种的工程设计提供工具。

The Chair aims to generate omics and use systems biology to elucidate alkaloid biosynthesis in *order to reproduce alkaloid pathway in microalgea to enhance their production of pharmaceutical *alkaloids. Using omic approaches, the transriptome and metabolome of Amaryllidaceae plants will *be generated and used to identified candidate genes encoding enzymes involved in AA *biosynthetic pathway. Next, candidate genes witll be functionnaly characterized in vitro and in vivo *and inserted into microalgea for the reconstruction of the Amaryllidaceae alkaloid pathway. *Knowledge obtained will provide genetic tools for the production of valuable alkaloid in microalgea *or for the engineering of plant cultivars better able to produce these valuable alkaloids.
