FutureVault is a unique Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to facilitate document management, sharing, and collaboration between organizations and their clients, thus categorized as a Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C). A generic one-size-fits-all platform design is not feasible as the users' experience is vastly different across industries (e.g., Banking, Education, Healthcare). In partnership with McMaster Digital Transformation Research Centre (MDTRC) at Degroote School of Business, McMaster University, FutureVault will conduct a usability study that will shed light on the specific needs and challenges of users' experience with the platform in the banking sector, a key target industry for FutureVault. The results will enable FutureVault to tailor it's platform design and structure to maximize its adoption and benefits for the banking sector in Canada.
