流动的溪水、画作中具有动作的人物以及由于视错觉产生的运动感受是日常生活中极为常见的现象，但人类对这些具有动感的刺激材料进行审美感知的心理与脑机制却不清楚。本项目在前期静态文字审美心理与脑机制研究的基础上，从真实动感、静态动感和似动动感三个层面，综合运用行为与认知神经科学的实验范式与技术手段，系统考察动态刺激审美的本质及其神经机制；接着，从审美心理的专家—新手效应的角度，考察是否接受艺术训练在动态刺激审美心理与脑机制上的区别与联系，探寻艺术训练影响个体进行动态审美的神经基础；最后，采用重叠分析和功能连接分析，构建动态刺激审美的一般神经机制模型。本项目成果将有助于建构动态审美中的心理与脑功能网络模型，为完善或修正审美心理与脑机制的个体与群体差异理论提供证据，同时对于美育、艺术创作以及产品和广告设计等具有重要的应用价值。

In real life, we often meet with dynamic stimuli, such as a rippling brook, people with motion in the artworks, and the visual illusory motion. However, the psychological and neural mechanisms of the beauty of dynamic stimuli are still unclear. Based on the research on the psychological and neural mechanisms of aesthetic appreciation of static ancient Chinese characters which investigated by the applicant in the past, the current project aims to (1) investigate the nature and the corresponding cognitive mechanism of dynamic beauty by adopting the cognitive behavioral and neuroscience paradigms and techniques in terms of real sense of dynamic, static sense of dynamic, and apparent motion, respectively. (2) Try to identify the psychological and cortical differentiations of dynamic beauty between art and non-art students. (3) We further aim to construct the psychological and neural models of dynamic beauty by using the overlap and functional connectivity analyses. Results from this project will develop and improve our understanding of the psychological and neural models of dynamic beauty, and account for the individual and group differences during aesthetic appreciation. These results will also have significant implications in the aesthetic education, artistic creation, the design of products and advertisement.
