限制性进食行为者虽然伴有较强的节食动机,但往往更易出现过度进食与补偿性暴食,造成限制性进食行为障碍,是肥胖症的重要诱因。本团队前期研究结果与现有理论认为神经奖励系统功能和结构异常改变与机体能量调节失衡有关。系列研究显示大脑是一个具有无标度与小世界双重属性的复杂网络,但既往限制性进食行为障碍的神经影像学研究仅观察了局部奖励活动或单一功能环路,对奖励调控通路中各脑网络拓扑属性与特征仍不明确。本项目拟采用静息态功能磁共振与弥散张量成像技术,结合动态脑网络分析算法,基于病例-对照的实验设计进行奖励通路中各脑网络功能/结构连接模式与拓扑属性对比研究,探明奖励通路中基础结构相互作用模式与变化特征;并将脑网络分析结果与进食行为学量表、认知控制量表及临床评估指标进行相关分析。以期从奖励调控的角度揭示限制性进食行为障碍及其诱发过量进食的神经网络调控机制,为理解该病发病机制及寻求新的神经调节治疗靶点提供依据。

Individuals with restrained eating behaviors are more prone to overeating and compensatory overeating despite their strong motivation to diet, which leads to restrained eating behavior disorder and is an important cause of obesity. Our previous research results are consistent with the existing theory that abnormal changes in the function and structure of the neural reward system are related to the imbalance of energy in the body. A series of studies have shown that the brain is a complex network with dual properties of scale-free and small-world. Previous neuroimaging studies of restrained eating behavior disorders have only observed regional reward activities or single functional circuits. However, the topological properties and characteristics of brain networks in reward regulatory pathways are still unclear. In this project, the combination of resting state functional magnetic resonance and diffusion tensor imaging techniques and dynamic brain network analysis algorithm will be used to compare the functional/structural connection patterns and topological properties of each brain network in the reward regulatory pathway based on the case-control experiment design, which to explore the interaction patterns and changing characteristics of the infrastructure in the reward regulatory pathway. The correlation analysis will be used to explore the relationship between results of brain network analysis and eating behavior scale, cognitive control scale and clinical evaluation indicators. This project aims to reveal the neural network regulation mechanism of restrained eating behavior disorder and its related overeating from the perspective of reward regulation, so as to provide a basis for understanding the pathogenesis of the disease and seek new therapeutic targets for neuromodulation.
