肿瘤演进与诊疗的分子功能可视化研究项目战略调研

恶性肿瘤发病率高，严重危害人类的健康和生命。肿瘤演进过程中微环境调控及关键分子功能可视化有望明确恶性肿瘤各演进阶段的生物学表征，形成对恶性肿瘤本质的新认识，为提高我国恶性肿瘤早诊早治率、降低死亡率提供科学依据。国家自然科学基金委已设立“肿瘤演进与诊疗的分子功能可视化研究”重大研究计划，旨在通过对肿瘤演进和诊疗的关键分子功能可视化，实现肿瘤演进过程中关键分子的信息提取、特征确定、功能可视化，并明确其诊疗意义。本项目拟对此重大研究计划进行战略调研，及时把握本研究领域新进展；为重大研究计划资助项目实施动态管理并进行学术指导；全程、及时跟踪监督项目研究进展，及时评估项目实施效果；根据本领域最新进展及重大研究计划实施情况提出下一年度工作规划和项目指南，以保证重大研究计划高效、顺利完成。

Malignant tumors severely endanger human health and life, and its morbility is very high. Visualization the regulation role of tumor microenvironment and the function of key molecular events during tumor development is pivotal for clarifying the biological characterization of malignant tumors at various stages of evolution, forming a new understanding of the nature of malignant tumors, and improving the five-year survival rate and mortality of patients with malignant tumors in China. National Natural Science Foundation of China has set up the major research project entitled “Molecular Function Visualization of Tumor Evolution and Diagnosis and Treatment” to study the information extraction, characterization, function visualization ,and diagnosis and treatment of key molecules in the process of tumor progression. In this project, we will make a strategic investigation of the abovementioned major research project, update the cutting-edge progress and to evaluate the performance in time. According to the new progress in this field and the implement of major research project, we will also make a yearly schedule to ensure the effective and successful execution of the major research project.
