Dissemination of stress management education through social marketing in disaster areas

本研究的目的是传播压力管理教育和服务于心理健康促进作为更积极主动的方法，以防止生活在灾区的儿童的心理健康问题。我们首先推荐教师和辅导员使用我们的压力管理教育指南，然后服务于心理健康促进，Kokoro no ABC活动，作为人口方法，以提高受灾地区儿童的复原力。虽然这项运动正在进行中，我们希望通过我们的活动改善他们的压力缓解。

The purpose of this study was to disseminate stress management education and to serve mental health promotion as more proactive approach to prevent mental health problems for children living in the disaster areas. We first recommended teachers and counselors to use our guidebook for stress management education and then served the mental health promotion, Kokoro no ABC activities, as population approach to enhance resilience for children in the area stricken by disaster. Although this campaign is in progress, we are expecting to improve their stress relief through our activities.
