THE SCIENTIFIC ETHNOMUSICOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN NORTH-EASTERN INDIA AND BHUTAN

选定地区的居民大多是藏族家庭：不丹人、布提亚人、列普查人和其他少数民族，如赖斯和林布斯。他们受到藏传佛教(喇嘛教)的影响，有着相同类型的歌唱传统，以及共同的仪式音乐和舞蹈。此外，少数民族在仪式上有自己的民间传说和传统。这些音乐文化的特点可以与印度教的特点相比较，比如说，尼泊尔人现在是锡金人的主要人口。其中最有趣的主题之一是日本音乐与这些人之间的关系。我们确实可以在音乐结构上找到一些相似之处，特别是在词汇上。为了确保这一点，不丹东部将成为我们研究项目的下一个领域。

The inhabitants of the chosen districts are mostly Tibetan family:Bhutanese,Bhutias,Lepchas and other minorities such as Rais and Linbus.They are umder the influence of Tibet-Buddhism(Lamaism),and have the same type of singing tradition,as well as of ceremonial mmusic and dances,in common. Moreover,minorities have their own folklore and tradition in rituals.These traits in music culture could be compared with Hindu one,say,of Nepalese who are now the major in Sikkin in population.One of the most intersting themes is the relationships between Japanese music and that of these people It is true we can find here some similarities in music structure,especially in vocsl one. To make it sure,eastern Bhutan is to be the next field of our Research Project.
