富尔达应用科学大学已经通过各种措施促进开放获取（例如DFG资助的开放获取出版基金，DEAL合同，开放获取书籍基金）。“开放获取出版成本/ 2022 - 2023”项目的目的是根据正在进行的开放获取转型的要求进一步发展这些结构。通过利用DFG对开放获取成本的财政补贴，富尔达应用科学大学希望（1）进一步发展现有的结构和工作流程，以资助出版物，（2）更好地记录以前未记录的出版物分散供资的数额和来源;（3）连接大学和富尔达州立图书馆开放获取出版服务之外的出版支持服务。此外，只有在相应地发展能力的情况下，建立监测办公自动化费用的结构似乎才是有效的。

Fulda University of Applied Sciences already promotes Open Access through a variety of measures (e.g. DFG-funded Open Access publication fund, DEAL contracts, fund for Open Access books). The aim of the project "Open Access Publication Costs / 2022 - 2023" is to further develop these structures according to the requirements of the ongoing Open Access transformation. By taking advantage of the DFG's financial subsidy for Open Access costs, Fulda University of Applied Sciences would like to (1) further develop the existing structures and workflows for financing publications in the direction of an (integrated) information budget; (2) better record the amount and origin of previously unrecorded decentralized funding for publications; (3) connect publication-supporting services beyond the Open Access publication services at the University and State Library Fulda. Moreover, the creation of structures for monitoring OA costs only seems to be effective if accompanied by a corresponding development of competencies.
