癌特異モノクローナル抗体を利用したリンパ節転移の術中診断法の開発

(1)1990年研究结果：将实验性放射性标记的抗人结肠癌抗体给予荷人结肠癌的裸鼠。通过γ闪烁计数器确认放射性标记抗体的特异性蓄积。(2)1991年的研究结果：结直肠癌患者安全地使用了放射性标记的单克隆抗体A7。用γ闪烁计数器检测大肠癌原发灶和转移灶。(3)1992年的研究结果：A7的F（ab^1）2片段在检测癌病变中显示出优越的上级选择性和敏感性。10例接受放射性标记抗体的患者中有7例可以确定癌灶的位置。虽然小的微转移不能检测到的γ照相机，宏观放射自显影显示选择性的放射性标记抗体在癌focus.From这些结果得出结论，术中诊断淋巴结转移是可能的，如果更灵敏的计数γ层方便的工具，在未来的发展。

(1) Results of research in 1990 : Experimentally radiolabelled antibody against human colorectal carcinoma was administered to nude mice bearing human colon cancer. Specific accumulation of radiolableled antibody was confirmed by gamma scintillation counter.(2) Results of research in 1991 : Colorectal cancer patients were administered radiolabelled monoclonal antibody A7 safely. Primary and metastatic lesion of colorectal cancer were detected by gamma scintillation counter.(3) Results of research in 1992 : F(ab^1)2 fragment of A7 showed superior selectivity and sensitivity in detection of cancer lesion. Seven in 10 patients receiving radiolabeled antibody, location of cancer lesion could be confirmed. Though small micrometastasis could not be detected by gamma-camera, macroscopic autoradiography showed selective accumulation of radiolabeled antibody in cancer foci.From these results it is concluded that the intraoperative diagnosis of lymph node metastasis could be possible, if more sensitive handy tools for counting gamma-lay were developed in the future.
