Joint Study on Guide Line for Stability of Ships and Offshore Structures

作为学术交流协议的实施，两校于1992年至1993年在日本文部省国际科学研究计划的研究资助下，共同研究了船舶和近海结构物稳定性的国际准则。在这个项目中，本文主要研究了以下几个问题：1)船舶在四季中的动力稳定性2)稳定性准则及其在日本建造的浮式结构中的应用3)不规则波的产生及其随机性4)波浪对船舶的定常侧力和转弯力矩5)用脉冲响应函数计算规则波中z形机动6)非线性恢复力对半潜船的非线性响应7)非线性恢复力对半潜船的非线性响应方法半潜式船的极值响应估计求船模线性稳定性导数的瞬态机动方法为了介绍1992年和1993年进行的船舶和近海结构物稳定性导则联合研究的结果，1993年10月14-15日在釜山国立大学举行了“船舶和近海结构物的稳定性”研讨会。研讨会提供了交流两国在船舶和近海结构的稳定性和运动相关领域的最新进展的机会，也有利于促进研究生之间的相互了解。

As an implementation of the agreement on academic exchange, both universities have jointly studied on international guideline for stability of ships and offshore structures under the research grant by International Scientific Research Program of Monbusho(Ministry of Education, Japan) from 1992 to 1993.In this project, the following subjects have been studied :1) Dynamic Stability of a Ship in Quartering Seas2) Stability Criteria and Its Application to Floating Structures Constructed in Japan3) Generation of an Irregular Wave and Its Randomness4) Wave Induced Steady Lateral Force and Turning Moment on a Ship in Waves5) The Calculation of Zig-Zag Maneuver in Regular Waves with Use of the Impulse Response Functions6) Non-linear Response of a Semisubmersible with Non-linear Restoring Forces7) Methods for Estimation of Extreme Response of a Semisubmersible8) The Transient Maneuvering Method to Get the Linear Stability Derivatives of a Ship ModelIn order to present the results of the joint study on guideline for stability of ships and offshore structures conducted during 1992 and 1993, the senubar on "STABILITY OF SHIPS & OFFSHORE STRUCTURES" was held on 14-15 October, 1993 at Pusan National University. The seminar gave the opportunity to exchange of information concerning recent progress in the relevant field of stability and motions of ships & offshore structures within two countries, and it also benefits for promotion of the mutual understanding of graduate students.
