A Study on Factors of Structure based on Cultural Leadership of a Principal

通过1995年对校长的调查，分析了学校改进所规定的学校文化因素。调查证明，协作、实验、自主等文化因素对学校的进步起到了积极的促进作用，因此，我调查了校长和教师之间的文化差异，发现两者之间存在着巨大的差距，从而使校长能够成为一名优秀的领导者。基于上述结果，我们发现了技术型、文化型和指导型领导风格。1996年，我构建了一个理论范式，用民族志的方法来厘清三种领导风格之间的结构关系。

Factors of school culture prescribed by school improvement were analyzed through a survey for principals in 1995. The survey proved that the cultural factors such as collaboration, experimentalization and autonomy had positively contributed to the progress of school improvement.So I investigated the difference of culture between principals and teachers, and found the great gap between the both to make principals different for taking an excellent leadership. Leadership styles such as technical, cultural, and instructional leadership were found based on the above result. In 1996, I composed a theoretical paradigm in order to make clear structural relation among three leadership styles by ethnographical approach.
