Constructing system for providing general information to lead the independent lives with adolescents and young adults with chronic diseases

本研究的目的是为患有糖尿病、先天性心脏病和儿童癌症的青少年和青壮年制定指南，为他们的独立生活提供一般信息。修订了2005年版指南，提供入学、就业和婚姻方面的必要信息。修订版可在网站(网址为http://homepage1.nifty.)上看到Com/k_Tanigawa/)。根据用户的反应，认为这本书的内容是可以接受的。针对青壮年患者，起草了提供就业和婚姻一般信息的指南手册草案。今后，应对内容进行修改，使其更适合患者的需要。

The purpose of this study is to draw up guide books for providing general information to lead the independent lives with adolescents and young adults who have been suffered from chronic diseases:diabetes mellitus, congenital heart disease and childhood cancer. 2005 version of guide book for offering information required for entering a school of higher grade, employment and marriage was revised. The revised version can be seen on Web site (URL http://homepage1.nifty. com/k_tanigawa/). According to users' reactions, the contents of this book were considered to be accepted.For young adult patients, the draft of guide book which provide general information for employment and marriage was drew up. In future, the contents should be revised to be more suitable for patients' needs.
