Study on application of rapid apatite conversion type calcium phosphate cement for pulpotomy

快速磷灰石转化型磷酸钙骨水泥（RAC-CPC）硬化时呈高碱性，转变为羟基磷灰石后呈中性，无刺激性。本研究的目的是：1.评价RAC-CPC对背部皮下组织的影响，并评价RAC-CPC对背部皮下组织pH值的影响。2.对RAC-CPC用于活髓切断术的效果进行病理学评价，结果表明RAC-CPC对活髓切断术有一定的牙髓刺激作用，但不足以诱导硬组织形成。

The rapid apatite conversion type calcium phosphate cement (RAC-CPC) becomes high alkalinity when stiffening, and it becomes neutral and shows no stimulation when it changes to hydroxyapatite. The purpose of this study was : 1. To evaluate the influence of RAC-CPC for the dorsal subcutaneous tissue and to evaluate the pH changes of RAC-CPC. 2. To evaluate pathologically on application of RAC-CPC for pulpotoiny.It was suggested that RAC-CPC have the ability to the dental pulp stimulates for pulpotomy, but not enough to induce the hard tissue formation.
