通过历时三年的研究，得出以下结论。培养学生的社会能力不仅是我国学校教育的重要课题，也是许多国家学校教育的重要内容，并通过多种形式的体验式学习和职业生涯教育来提高学生的社会能力。经验式学习被公认为是一种有效地发展学生社会能力的学习方法。但就程度而言，这种学习方法目前仅限于我国的一些地区和学校，还看不到。从现在开始，它旨在培养从小学到高中的所有学校阶段的社会能力的交易是可以期待的。

The following result could get it by the research which lasted for three years.1. Developing the social competence of the student is an important subject in the school education in not only the this country but also many countries, and increases a great result through the various learning by experience and the career education.2. It was recognized that it was the learning method which learning by experience was effective in as a method of developing the social competence of the student.But, as for the extent, it is the present condition that these learning methods are limited to some of the areas and school in this country and it isn't seen.From now on, the dealing that it aimed at developing social competence at all the school stages from the elementary school to the high school will be expected.
