The nervous system structure of the bile duct in patients with choledochal cyst and a study of the neurotransmitter.

本研究对胆总管囊肿（CBD）患者的胆管壁进行分析，观察胆管壁内的神经纤维和神经细胞是否异常。本文对8例胆总管囊肿患者和7例未扩张的正常胆管进行了研究。CBD组胆囊壁内血管明显低于对照组。CBD组外壁血管表面血管周围丛的发生率也明显低于对照组。CBD中可能存在一种机制，导致胆道收缩衰竭和扩张，这是由于壁内血流减少而伴随血管功能减弱的结果。

This study analyzed the bile duct walls of patients with choledochal cyst (CBD) as to whether the nerve fibers and nerve cells in the wall are abnormal or not. Bile ducts obtained from eight patients with choledochal cyst and seven normal bile ducts without dilatation were studied. The intramural vascularity in the gallbladders of the CBD group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The rate of perivascular plexuses on the surface of intramural vessels was also significantly lower in the CBD group than in the controls. There may be a mechanism in CBD causing contractile failure and dilatation of the biliary tract as a result of decreased intramural blood flow that accompanies the diminished vascularity.
