Development of the prevention program adapting 3DS from the systemic bacterial infection for the children under immunity control before Hemopoietic stem cell transplantation

我们开发了一种新的口腔预防方案，采用了3DS（牙科给药系统）。当我们对造血干细胞移植前免疫控制的患儿应用新方案时，口腔细菌数量减少，并维持3个月的低值。并且该程序使口腔粘膜炎症比平时减少。因此，新的3DS预防方案可以降低儿童全身性细菌感染的风险，提高儿童的生活质量。

We developed a new oral prevention program adapting 3DS(Dental Drug Delivery System). When we applied the new program for the children under immunity control before Hemopoietic stem cell transplantation, the number of bacteria in the mouth decreased and it maintained the low value for 3 months. And the program made less inflammation of oral mucous membrane than usual. Therefore, the new 3DS prevention program can decrease the risk of the children' s systemic bacterial infection, and it can improve their Quality of Life.
