Design and creation of condition-responsive nano-drug-carriers involving by the step-wise construction method using intelligent nucleic acids

通过设计和修饰药物结合适体，可以根据情况释放/捕获特定药物的智能核酸被创造出来。此外，通过后修饰的方法将修饰的核苷酸以酶的形式掺入到其上。寡核苷酸3‘端附近的序列和修饰核苷酸的化学结构不同，掺入效率也有很大差异，通过使用基因修饰聚合酶可以在一定程度上提高掺入效率。

Intelligent nucleic acids that can release/capture particular drug depending on the condition were created by designing and modifying drug-binding aptamers. Moreover, modified nucleotides were enzymatically incorporated to them by the post-modification method. The incorporation efficiencies were varied significantly depending on sequences around 3'-end of oligonucleotides tethered and chemical structures of modified nucleotides incorporated, which could be improved to some extent, by use of genetically modified polymerases.
