The Study on the Swedish Model of Corporate Governance and Long-term Management Innovation

我根据管理创新将瑞典一家主要公司归类为长期业绩。在此基础上，以近20年来进行大规模管理改革的大公司为例，主要从大股东、大经理、大员工三个方面分析了公司治理结构的作用。瑞典公司现行的公司治理制度是一种既保持了传统控股股东对公司治理的影响，又吸收了机构投资者日益增长的影响力的公司治理制度。代表员工在董事会中的作用继续存在，但有所减弱。瑞典公司治理模式对长期公司的管理创新起到了一定的推动作用。

I classified a main Swedish company as a long-term performance on the basis of management innovation. Furthermore, I took away the big company which carried out large management reform in the past 20 years, and analyzed the role of corporate governance system mainly from a dominant owner, a manager, the situation of representative employee. The current corporate governance system of the Swedish company is the system which maintains a characteristic of the corporate governance that a traditional controlling stockholder has influence toward, while taking in the increasing influence of institutional investors. The role of representative employee in the board of directors continues while weakening. The Sweden model of the corporate governance plays its part in promoting the management innovation of a long-term company.
